Ezekiel's doctoral research examines leadership transition

within historically rooted churches, particularly congregations shaped by long tenure, strong tradition, and generational identity. The findings are clear:

  • Charisma alone cannot sustain a congregation

  • Long tenure without succession planning creates instability

  • Intergenerational leadership is not optional. It is biblical and necessary
