Leadership has always been about more than titles for me—it’s about formation.

I started young, learning quickly that leadership requires courage, humility, and space to grow. Over time, I saw the same pattern everywhere:
Emerging leaders were ready, but many organizations weren’t prepared to make room.

So I stepped into the gap.
Today, my mission is to bridge generations—helping senior leaders steward what’s next and helping younger leaders discover their God-given voice.
