Is Your Ministry Outgrowing Your Tools Or Are You Just Using 10% of Them?

I help churches of 300 – 500 members move from administrative maintenance to sustainable mission. Build the operational infrastructure your vision deserves.

Modus /mō-dəs/ (Lat.):
The way, method, or measure. We help churches move from administrative friction to biblical order.

Digital Stewardship Gap

We don’t just recommend tools; we master the ones you already have. Whether you are anchored in traditional platforms or moving toward modern suites, we ensure your “Modus” is fully integrated.

1. Systems We Optimize:

Planning Center: Moving beyond check-ins to full ministry workflows.

Breeze: Simplifying complex data for the "Middle Church" staff.

Tithe.ly & Pushpay: Turning transactional giving into transformational stewardship.

ChurchOffice & Realm: Bringing legacy databases into the modern era of order.

2. Technical Access & Inventory:

Before our call, please identify which of these platforms are currently "live" in your church. We will discuss how to move from 20% usage to 100% effectiveness.

Database/ChMS: (Breeze, Planning Center, ChurchOffice, etc.)

Giving Provider: (Pushpay, Tithe.ly, Subsplash, etc.)

Website/Forms: (WordPress, Squarespace, or ChMS-integrated forms.)

One Door. One Diagnostic. One Path Forward.

I don’t begin with a hammer; I begin with an architectural assessment. The Modus Audit is a 360-degree structural deep-dive designed to identify exactly where your “House of Order” is cracking. We analyze three critical pillars:

1. Operational Alignment

We evaluate if your staff, committees, and board are working in harmony or in silos.

2. Digital Stewardship

We audit your tech (PCO, Realm, etc.) to ensure it is serving people rather than draining time.

3. The Legacy Gap

We identify the blockages preventing the next generation from moving from the pew to the boardroom.

“I believe the local church is the most important organization on earth. But even the most faithful mission can be stalled by a broken system.”

My perspective on leadership wasn’t formed in a corporate boardroom; it was formed in the pews and the pulpits of the Baptist church. I grew up in these halls, and I’ve spent the majority of my ministry serving the heritage that built them.

I know what it’s like to lead a youth program in a chapel that feels frozen in 1995. I remember the weight of trying to convince a Board that clearing out the pulpit furniture wasn’t about “modernizing for the sake of cool”—it was about creating a space where the next generation could finally see themselves as part of the story.

I’ve seen how systems can fail the sheep. During the 2020 pandemic, I watched a faithful congregation realize they had no way to reach their own members. Their “system” was a decades-old Excel sheet filled with disconnected numbers. It was a heartbreaking realization: when the system breaks, the connection between the shepherd and the flock breaks with it. I led that church through a complete structural overhaul, ensuring that every member was seen, known, and reachable.

I focus on the “Middle Church.” Churches of 300–500 members are in a unique season. You are no longer a “small family,” but you aren’t yet a “corporate mega-church.” You are in the middle—and if your systems aren’t built for that middle, your potential for impact will go to waste.

Through Modus.church, I help leaders bridge the gap between their faithful history and their future mission. I don’t “business up” the church. I help you build the operational house of order your vision deserves.

Order. Stewardship. Legacy.

Order. Stewardship. Legacy.
