My perspective wasn’t formed in a boardroom. It was formed in the pews and pulpits of the Baptist church — the heritage that built the church I’m now called to strengthen.

Modus
I grew up in these halls. I understand the weight of a Board meeting where tradition and progress are at war across the same table. I know what it feels like to love your congregation so much that you’re afraid to change the systems that are limiting them.
I’ve spent years at the intersection of theology and technology — serving churches from 150 to 1,000+ members, consulting on media, strategy, operations, and the systems that hold a ministry together when everything else is moving.
In 2020, I watched a faithful congregation realize they had no way to reach their own members. Their “database” was a decades-old Excel sheet. When the system broke, the connection between the shepherd and the flock broke with it. I led that church through a complete structural overhaul — and MODUS128 was built on everything I learned from it.
Today I work exclusively with the congregation in the middle: too large to run on relationships alone, too small to have a full operations team. The one overlooked by every resource built for megachurches. That’s my church. That’s your church.
We don’t begin with a hammer. We begin with an architectural review — listening to your staff, your board, and your vision before recommending anything.
The Modus Audit surfaces every stress fracture in your church’s foundation. You get a Blueprint that tells you exactly where you are and how to move forward.
We implement the Blueprint alongside your team — building systems rooted in your church culture, documented for continuity, and designed to outlast any single staff member.
