In the Baptist tradition, we talk about being 'good stewards' of what God has given us. But stewardship is impossible without clarity. The Modus Audit is a fixed-length, high-impact assessment designed to find the 'stress fractures' in your church's foundation before they lead to a collapse.

What we examine:

Systems & Software: A clinical review of your current tech stack (Realm, PCO, Pushpay, etc.). Are they talking to each other, or is your staff doing double the work?

Communication Workflows: How information moves from the pulpit to the pew. We find the bottlenecks where visitors are being lost.

Financial Transparency: Reviewing the systems that handle the widow’s mite—ensuring your reporting is accurate, fast, and builds trust with your Board.
