These Terms & Conditions govern your use of modus.church and your engagement with MODUS128 consulting services. They do not constitute a formal consulting agreement. Specific consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. MODUS128 recommends consulting a licensed North Carolina attorney regarding your specific legal obligations. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
By accessing or using modus.church (the “Site”), submitting an inquiry, subscribing to Filed Notes, or engaging MODUS128 for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Deliverables created specifically for your church during a consulting engagement (such as your Blueprint document) are owned by your church upon full payment of agreed fees, unless otherwise specified in your consulting agreement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Durham County, North Carolina for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may pursue remedies available under North Carolina law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where appropriate.
Informal Resolution First: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact MODUS128 at hello@modus.church and provide a written description of the dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
MODUS128 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
